2. download others modules of Imagecache requires

• imageapi http://www.drupal.org/project/imageapi/
• Filefield http://drupal.org/project/filefield
• imagefield http://drupal.org/project/imagefield

3. Unzip them, and Place these modules in your sites/all/module/here...

4. login your drupal use administer ID, and Active these modules.
